The problem with me, is that I can’t decide on anything. I remember the day my parent’s asked me which career options I wanted to keep open. I had a list. So here I am a year or two later with a modicum of experience in a variety of different areas.
Game development
One of my dominant interests over the years has been game development. My attachment has waxed and waned but never faded entirely. It has always fascinated me as a form of creation, artistic expression, and problem solving. At the moment, my project in game development is the game Adventris that I am making with my two brothers. It is a hybrid of Tertris and a 2D platformer. It is on the brink of completion, but has lingered there due to the increased time pressure on album release. Musical Theatre
Another hobby/potential career I really enjoy is musical theatre. I love being onstage, love performing, and love singing. This all comes together as a powerful passion for music theatre. I’m currently part of a stage school in Dungarvan, and hope to I’ve played roles such as Squidward from SpongeBob the musical (my first large role), and Willy Wonka from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (my favourite role). My favourite musicals -it’s impossible to pick just one- are Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, Wicked, and Hadestown.
